No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a no-show fee. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit to secure future bookings. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service experience. Clients arriving late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled guests. Deposits Certain services may require a non-refundable booking deposit. Deposits will be applied toward your appointment total. Refund Policy Due to the nature of professional beauty services, all services are final sale.
