Salon Policies

At Brick & Mortar Beauty Company, we value your time and strive to provide every guest with a relaxing, professional experience. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our salons policies before booking your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a no-show fee.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit to secure future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service experience. Clients arriving late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled guests.

Deposits

Certain services may require a non-refundable booking deposit. Deposits will be applied toward your appointment total.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of professional beauty services, all services are final sale.

Results Disclaimer

Results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, home care, and treatment consistency. Multiple sessions may be recommended for optimal results.

Children & Additional Guests

To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that children and additional guests not attend appointments unless receiving a service.
